Position Summary

As a Back Office Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting Continental's Sales operations. This remote internship is designed to develop your professional competencies in business administration, customer service coordination, and data management whilst contributing meaningfully to a global automotive supplier's daily operations.

Core Duties

• Process and manage sales documentation, customer records, and order information with precision and reliability
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including data entry, file maintenance, and communication coordination
• Assist with customer enquiries and help maintain positive client relationships through professional correspondence
• Update and maintain internal databases and information systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Prepare reports, summaries, and supporting materials for the Sales department as needed
• Work collaboratively to meet operational standards and project timelines in a remote environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Current or recent completion of secondary education or a business-related academic programme
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
