About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with customers to understand their vehicle needs and match them with the right car or truck. You'll guide buyers through the sales process, from initial inquiry through delivery, building relationships that keep customers coming back to Progressive Auto Group.
What You'll Do
- Greet and qualify customers, listening carefully to their preferences, budget, and timeline
- Conduct product knowledge consultations, highlighting features and benefits of our vehicle inventory
- Prepare quotes and handle negotiation conversations professionally
- Complete paperwork and coordinate with finance and delivery teams
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Meet sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards
