About the Role
As an Automotive Nighttime Line Technician at our Winter Park location, you'll play a vital part in our dealership's commitment to delivering quality Hyundai and Genesis vehicles to our customers. This full-time position focuses on preparing, inspecting, and maintaining vehicles during evening and night hours, ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches a customer's hands.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive pre-delivery inspections and quality assurance checks on vehicles
- Execute routine maintenance, detailing, and preparation tasks on inventory vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display
- Identify and document minor mechanical or cosmetic issues requiring attention
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and issues discovered
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handoff of completed work
- Follow all safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Hands-on experience as an automotive technician or related field
- Working knowledge of automotive hand tools and basic vehicle systems
- Comfort working a consistent nighttime or evening shift schedule
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
