About the Role

What You'll Do
- Conduct practice drills and individual player instruction under the head coach's direction
- Mentor and support athletes on fundamentals, strategy, and game preparation
- Assist with team logistics, including equipment management and game setup
- Foster positive team culture and model professional coaching conduct
- Contribute to player development and skill advancement throughout the season
- Support the head coach in all aspects of program management and competition
