Principal Technical Analyst

Oracle is hiring a full-time Principal Technical Analyst in Jackson, Hinds County, to join its customer support organization and champion the success of every client we serve.

About the Role

As a Principal Technical Analyst at Oracle, you will work on-site in Jackson, Hinds County, delivering post-sales support that keeps our customers productive and confident. Because this position supports U.S. Government Cloud and Department of Defense (DoD) environments, U.S. citizenship is a firm requirement for consideration. In this role you act as a trusted point of contact, translating customer needs into clear solutions while representing those needs back into the wider Oracle organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive post-sales support to Oracle's customer base, with a focus on US Gov Cloud and DoD support requirements.
• Resolve non-technical customer inquiries and guide clients toward dependable, lasting outcomes.
• Serve as an advocate for customer needs, ensuring concerns are heard and addressed across internal teams.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships that reinforce customer trust in Oracle products and services.
• Document interactions and share insights that help improve the overall support experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship, as required to support U.S. Government Cloud and DoD client environments.
• Proven experience in a post-sales support, customer success, or technical analyst capacity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and patiently.
• A customer-first mindset and the initiative to advocate on behalf of those you support.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jackson, Hinds County (this is not a remote position).
