What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager with all aspects of daily store operations and performance
• Supervise, train, and mentor store team members in a supportive, coaching-oriented manner
• Help manage employee schedules, development, and performance accountability
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and security standards
• Support inventory management, merchandising strategies, and loss prevention initiatives
• Perform opening and closing procedures to protect store assets and ensure readiness
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment
• Drive sales by promoting products, managing stock levels, and responding to customer needs
