About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at our Lake Worth location, you'll be the backbone of store operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support all aspects of running a busy Dollar General store, from team leadership to inventory oversight to customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets
- Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain store appearance, organization, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a welcoming shopping experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures

- Contribute to loss prevention and operational efficiency initiatives
