About the Role

• Lead and mentor store associates, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

• Maintain clean, organized store environments that meet Dollar General standards
• Process transactions and manage cash handling with accuracy
• Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service excellence
