KnitWell Group is hiring a part-time Associate for our Alamo Ranch Shopping Center location in San Antonio, Bexar County. Help define what inclusive fashion looks like while delivering outstanding service to customers in our dynamic retail environment.

Position Summary

The Associate role at our Alamo Ranch Shopping Center location combines hands-on sales support with customer engagement and store operations. You'll be the welcoming face our customers see, the knowledgeable voice they hear, and a vital member of a team committed to making every shopping visit memorable. Working part-time at our San Antonio location, you'll develop retail expertise while being part of a brand that genuinely values inclusivity and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Create positive first impressions by greeting customers warmly and understanding their style preferences and sizing needs
• Provide expert product recommendations and styling assistance across our complete size range
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually inviting sales floor through regular merchandising and restocking
• Support fitting room operations, offering helpful feedback and ensuring customer comfort and privacy
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals while upholding our culture of respect and inclusion
• Answer customer questions about products, inventory, returns, and store policies professionally and confidently

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others feel their best
• Availability for flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Comfort with retail technology and point-of-sale systems (training provided)
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
