Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, setting the tone for a positive care experience.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out, scheduling, and appointment management across the clinic, infusion center, and wound care services.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff promptly.
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate, up-to-date front-office records.
- Support the daily efficiency and smooth workflow of a high-volume, multispecialty practice.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a comparable healthcare front-office role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
- Availability to work on-site in Destin, Okaloosa County (this is not a remote position).
