About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at our College Station location, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure our retail operations run smoothly and profitably. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for motivating staff, maintaining store standards, and delivering the service our customers expect every day.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Store Manager in all daily operations, from opening and closing procedures to inventory management and freight processing
  • Lead, train, and mentor store associates to build a productive, engaged team

  • Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, stocking, and logistics operations
