The role involves driving revenue, maximizing profit, ensuring quality service, and managing staff to meet financial goals.

Core Duties

• Drive overall sales and marketing efforts for the area hotels supporting multiple brands: Homewood Suites by Hilton Arlington Rosslyn Key Bridge, Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Herndon.
• Manage assigned staff to ensure achievement of financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive team member relations.
• Assist the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing with various sales initiatives.
• Maintain accountability for achieving revenue goals through reactive and proactive sales efforts.
