Amazon is hiring an Area Manager 2026 – Texas (Recent and Upcoming Graduates) to join our Operations team in Santa Fe, Santa Fe County. If you are a recent or soon-to-be graduate ready to lead from day one, this full-time, entry-level leadership opportunity puts you on the front line of one of the world's largest logistics networks.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, site-based position — not a corporate, office, or remote job. You will be based inside one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations buildings in Santa Fe. As an Area Manager, you will guide and motivate a team of hourly associates in a fast-moving warehouse environment that involves standing, walking, and being active on the floor throughout your shift.
