Analyst – Warehouse Lending Execution

Guggenheim Securities is recruiting a full-time Analyst – Warehouse Lending Execution based in New York City to help build and run our warehouse lending platform. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the launch and scaling of a significant financing business.

What This Role Involves

The Analyst will support the execution of warehouse lending transactions and securitized products within Guggenheim's asset-backed finance division. You'll partner with senior team members to manage the operational and analytical work that keeps the platform running smoothly, from transaction origination through securitization and closing. This role bridges origination, finance, and operations—no single day is identical.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming loan requests and borrower documentation to support underwriting and credit decisions
• Prepare transaction summaries, term sheets, and operational documentation for warehouse, delayed draw, term, and securitized deals
• Coordinate with internal teams—funding, compliance, risk, and operations—to advance transactions through execution
• Monitor warehouse portfolio performance, track key metrics, and flag issues for senior management review
• Support the securitization process, including collateral pooling, rating agency coordination, and closing management
• Contribute to process improvement efforts as the platform scales

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, asset management, or investment banking—warehouse lending or securitization experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort with financial models and data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with banking and finance systems
• Self-directed work ethic and willingness to take ownership in a growing business
