Trust Officer

Gpac is hiring a Trust Officer to join our team in Dodge, Ford County. We're seeking an experienced banking professional to build lasting client relationships while managing trust and investment accounts for families and businesses across multiple generations.

About the Role

As a Trust Officer, you'll provide comprehensive trust administration services in a relationship-focused position where you become a trusted advisor to your clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with both private and corporate trust portfolios, giving you exposure to diverse client needs and investment scenarios. You'll manage accounts that span generations, requiring a balance of deep technical knowledge and interpersonal skill.

What You'll Do

• Administer and service private and corporate trust accounts with attention to fiduciary responsibility
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving financial goals
• Provide guidance on trust structures, investment strategies, and estate planning considerations
• Ensure compliance with trust documents and applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams including legal, compliance, and portfolio management
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification (JD and/or Master's degree preferred)
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in trust administration or a closely related role
• Strong understanding of trust law, fiduciary principles, and investment basics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to clients
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously
