About This Position

As an Academic Success Coach, you'll serve as a trusted guide for students at a critical point in their educational journey. This full-time position focuses on developing meaningful, individualized relationships with learners during and beyond the enrollment process. You'll work closely with the Student Services team to ensure every student has the resources, confidence, and accountability they need to succeed in their studies and achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain personalized support plans for assigned students, tracking their progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Connect students with campus resources including academic advising, tutoring, financial aid, and career services
• Monitor student engagement and attendance, proactively addressing barriers to success
• Communicate regularly with students and their families to foster partnership and accountability
• Collaborate with instructors, advisors, and Student Services leadership to coordinate holistic support
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Demonstrated passion for supporting student success and academic achievement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust and rapport
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple student relationships simultaneously
• Experience in student services, education, advising, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with student information systems and basic computer applications

As part of our Student Services division, you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to removing obstacles and creating pathways for learner achievement. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday with occasional evening and Saturday hours as needed to serve student needs. As a non-exempt position, you'll qualify for overtime compensation and benefits as part of your employment package.
