What You'll Do
- Conduct preoperative patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia strategies
- Administer anesthesia and maintain hemodynamic stability throughout surgical procedures
- Monitor patients continuously during sedation and general anesthesia
- Manage emergence, recovery, and postoperative analgesia
- Partner with surgeons and operating room teams to optimize clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in anesthesiology
- Current DEA registration and state medical license (Indiana licensure or ability to obtain)
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated experience in perioperative anesthesia
- Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
