Join Bee's Plumbing as a 911 Dispatcher in Redmond, King County, supporting our fast-growing residential and light commercial plumbing service throughout the greater Seattle area. As the critical hub connecting customers to our skilled technicians, you'll answer emergency and routine service calls, coordinate field schedules, and ensure every customer receives prompt, professional service.

About the Role

As our 911 Dispatcher, you're the voice and nerve center of our operation. You'll handle incoming service requests, prioritize calls based on urgency, dispatch our team of licensed plumbers and technicians to job sites, and keep customers informed every step of the way. This full-time position is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and swift response in the greater Seattle region.

What You'll Do

• Answer and triage incoming calls from residential and commercial customers requesting plumbing and drain services
• Input customer information and service requests into dispatch management software with accuracy and speed
• Assign jobs to available technicians based on location, expertise, and current workload
• Manage appointment scheduling and adjust technician routes throughout the day
• Communicate arrival times and service updates to customers via phone or dispatch system
• Handle emergency service requests and escalate urgent situations appropriately
• Maintain detailed records of all calls, work orders, and technician activity
• Coordinate communication between office staff, technicians, and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during high call volume periods
• Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch software (training provided)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Customer service mindset with commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work full-time hours as scheduled
• Prior dispatch, customer service, or call center experience is a plus but not required
