The Opportunity

Ciandt is seeking a Senior Client Director for our expanding EMEA region. As the commercial leader of strategic client accounts, you will be responsible for accelerating profitable growth by expanding engagements, relationships, and measurable business value. This role requires acting as the CEO of your assigned accounts, providing autonomy to grow and run them effectively through strategic planning and execution. You will collaborate with technology strategy, delivery, data, AI, marketing, partnerships, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning the account strategy
• Developing and executing strategic account growth plans aligned with client and Ciandt's objectives
• Leading the client Strategy Group
• Acting as the commercial owner across a portfolio of strategic accounts
• Driving commercial growth to deliver 20%+ year-on-year growth across your accounts
• Partnering with the new business director around a shared growth plan
• Building and maintaining executive relationships

Key Responsibilities

The role involves owning the account strategy, developing and executing strategic account growth plans aligned with client and Ciandt's objectives. Leading the client Strategy Group is also part of your responsibilities. You will act as the commercial owner across a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving commercial growth to deliver 20%+ year-on-year growth across your accounts. Partnering with the new business director around a shared growth plan and building executive relationships are key components.

Qualifications

A proven track record in client management and sales leadership is essential. You should have experience in technology strategy, delivery, data, AI, marketing, partnerships, and new business development. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within the tech industry is required.
