Operations Manager – Crunch Fitness

CR Holdings is hiring a full-time Operations Manager for the new Crunch Fitness club opening in Paradise Valley, Maricopa County — a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to shape a brand-new team from day one.

About the Role

As the Operations Manager at our upcoming Paradise Valley Crunch Fitness location, you'll serve as the operational backbone of the club. You'll set the daily tone for energy, hospitality, and accountability, becoming the face that members and staff connect with first. This is a people-and-performance position: you'll keep the club running smoothly while building a culture that members want to return to.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day club operations and create a welcoming, high-energy environment for every member and team member
• Set the standard for positivity, professionalism, and service from the moment people walk through the door
• Coach, support, and motivate staff to deliver consistent results and a memorable member experience
• Drive both team engagement and operational performance across the club
• Act as a key leader during the launch and growth of the new Paradise Valley location

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, ideally within fitness, hospitality, retail, or another service-driven, member-focused setting
• A genuine people-first mindset with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Strong organizational and operational skills to manage the moving parts of a busy club
• Comfort working on-site full-time in Paradise Valley, Maricopa County
• Enthusiasm for fitness and for helping a brand-new club thrive from opening day
