About the Role

As a Retail Team Lead - Seasonal in Nags Head, you'll be at the heart of a store opening, guiding the sales floor and supporting your teammates as we introduce the Cloudsteppers concept to a new audience. This on-site, seasonal position is ideal for a hands-on retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting customers with products they'll genuinely enjoy wearing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver a welcoming, memorable shopping experience.
• Champion the Cloudsteppers footwear collection alongside our apparel and accessories ranges.
• Support day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and floor coverage.
• Coach colleagues on product knowledge, service standards, and selling techniques.
• Help maintain visual merchandising, stock levels, and an organized, on-brand store environment.
• Step in to resolve customer questions and keep the team running smoothly during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory, key-holder, or team lead capacity.
• Confidence guiding and encouraging others toward shared goals.
• A genuine enthusiasm for footwear, fashion, and helping customers find the right fit.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Nags Head, Dare County, including the flexible hours typical of a seasonal retail schedule.
• Comfort working in a new-store setting where adaptability and energy make the difference.
