Budget Blinds in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, is hiring a full-time Blinds & Window Coverings Installation Team Member to complete quality installations in residential homes throughout the community.

About the Role

As an Installation Team Member at Budget Blinds, you'll be the final step in delivering exceptional window coverings to our customers. This is hands-on work where attention to detail and craftsmanship directly impact how homes look and function. You'll work with a team that values professionalism and takes pride in every project from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Install blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments in residential homes
• Measure and prepare spaces to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Use hand and power tools to mount hardware and finish installations to specification
• Work collaboratively with team members and respond to customer needs on-site
• Maintain a clean work area and transport equipment and materials safely
• Communicate effectively with customers and team leads to meet project timelines

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work for extended periods
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
