About the Role

As a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with JBA International in Irvine, you will guide meaningful personal injury claims from intake through resolution, advocating relentlessly for the people you represent. This hybrid position in Irvine, CA pays $85K–$150K depending on experience, and it is built for an attorney who pairs sharp legal judgment with genuine compassion. You will collaborate within a tight-knit, supportive team while sharpening your skills under the mentorship of accomplished attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee personal injury cases end to end, from initial client contact through pre-litigation settlement.
• Advocate assertively on behalf of injured clients to pursue the strongest possible outcomes.
• Manage complex, high-value claims with diligence, strategy, and attention to detail.
• Partner with colleagues and senior attorneys to strengthen case theory and resolution tactics.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and keep them informed at every stage.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California and good standing with the State Bar.
• Hands-on experience handling personal injury or pre-litigation matters.
