The Opportunity
This position involves providing exceptional customer service for both scheduled and charter flights. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth boarding experience for customers. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process tickets and check baggage
- Monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity
- Assign seats and provide information on arrival and departure times
- Handle denied boarding situations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under time constraints and during irregular operations
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to use general office equipment
- Must pass a criminal background check and be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
