The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead and inspire a team of Flight Attendants while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer service? As an Inflight Base Supervisor at Allegiantair, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations from your assigned crew domicile(s). You will be responsible for leading and developing Flight Attendants, conducting observation flights, ramp checks, and sharing customer experience metrics. This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with no remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Led and managed Flight Attendants to foster accountability, compliance, and performance excellence
• Conducted observation flights, ramp checks, and shared customer experience metrics
• Managed fact-finding and grievance meetings, hiring, and terminating employees as needed
• Resolved conflicts and maintained a positive, team-oriented environment
• Executed daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to ensure smooth operations during irregular schedules and flight interruptions
• Worked with cross-functional teams to address delays, improve on-time performance, and support initiatives that enhance the customer experience
• Took ownership of special projects to enhance departmental effectiveness and employee engagement
