About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pack Out Supervisor to join our team at Fresh & Ready FG KS, located at 9759 Commerce Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills in a warehouse setting who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the packing and shipping of products to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain high standards for quality control, ensuring all packed items meet company specifications.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in packaging and order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering as needed.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the packing process to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting is required.
- Experience in food picking and packing is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
