The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Supervisor to join our compassionate and experienced team at Butterfly Effects. As a Mid-Level Supervisor in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will play a crucial role in supporting families by implementing treatment plans and providing training in various settings, including schools, homes, and communities. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with family units to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is required; master’s preferred
- Experience as an ABA therapist or supervisor in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding and knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with families and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools used in ABA is a plus
