About This Position
The Charter Ramp Representative (CRR) is responsible for coordinating with charter clients and ground operations to ensure accurate loading of non-standard weights, focusing on safety and weight balance. CRRs perform cargo bin inspections before and after loading, identify items that do not belong or need COMAT identification, and ensure safe working practices according to company policies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
CRRs are expected to:
- Coordinate with charter clients and ground operations personnel
- Ensure accurate loading of non-standard weights focusing on safety and weight balance
- Perform cargo bin inspections before and after loading, identifying items that do not belong or need COMAT identification
- Ensure others are working safely according to the company's policies and procedures
- Send DoD Manifest to HQ
- Prepare BLR for flight crew and ensure C820 HAZMAT form is completed
- Secure aircraft for departure, parking, or RON (Return On Next)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year of experience in customer service
Preferred Requirements:
- Airline industry experience
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of general office equipment
