About This Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our dynamic front-end support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide product information and assist with sales
• Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on outstanding issues

Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. You will also be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with product selection and purchase decisions
• Providing clear and concise information on company policies and procedures
• Handling returns and exchanges in a courteous and professional manner
• Supporting team members during peak times and ensuring smooth operations

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
