What This Role Involves

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our members and customers. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously is crucial.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Assist with inventory management and product displays as needed
• Support team members to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
