The Opportunity
Rapid Fire Safety & Security is seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our team in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. As a full-time representative, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Core Duties
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present fire alarm systems and security solutions effectively, demonstrating product knowledge and addressing client concerns.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations for new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field with a focus on fire alarm systems and security solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Aptitude for understanding technical products and explaining them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
