Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for talent acquisition/staffing for the field and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Designs and implements a comprehensive recruitment program to staff the facility in a timely manner, including creating relationships with local sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide feedback on candidate suitability
  • Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring practices
  • Contribute to the development of an inclusive and diverse workforce

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
