About This Position

This is a full-time, remote position with Assist-world in South Africa. As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), your primary role will be to engage and qualify leads for Client 1's buyer agency work and follow up on warm leads for Client 2's listing business. You'll handle approximately 840-850 dormant leads from the CRM, as well as new batch-purchased leads like expired or withdrawn listings, FSBOs, and open house leads.

• Make outbound calls to re-engage existing and newly purchased leads
• Qualify leads by gathering buyer criteria such as target areas, price range, home style, bed/bath count, etc.
• Consistently follow up with leads over time to keep them warm until they're ready to transact
• Book qualified appointments for Client 1 or Client 2 to take over the conversation in person or by phone

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and following up with them consistently. This role is crucial in keeping the business's lead pipeline active and ensuring that qualified buyers are ready when Client 1 can meet with them.

About the Company

Assist-world is a two-agent real estate team focused on direct lead generation. They invest directly in leads, including tax record data, expired and withdrawn listings, FSBO leads, and open house leads. This allows them to keep more of what they earn from each deal without splitting it with a brokerage.

Client 1 operates primarily as a buyer's agent with a large personal sphere of influence, while Client 2 focuses on the listing side and maintains his own book of clients in Follow Up Boss. The team's goal is to keep their leads warm until they're ready to transact, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
