Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident candidate for the role of Inside Sales / Sales Support at Cargo-partner. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting sales efforts by generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Your Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and email campaigns
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven experience in inside sales or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
