About This Position

VStar Entertainment Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced stage manager for our Cirque du Soleil production. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the show, ensuring smooth transitions between acts, managing technical elements, and maintaining clear communication with the creative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the production
• Ensure seamless transitions between acts during performances
• Work closely with the technical crew to coordinate lighting, sound, and stage effects
• Manage and maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for the show
• Communicate effectively with performers, technicians, and other staff members

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a stage manager or in a similar role within the entertainment industry. Knowledge of technical aspects of live performances and strong leadership qualities are essential.
