The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team at Cirque du Soleil. As part of our vibrant creative community in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Blue Man Group & VStar Entertainment events.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and press releases.
- Manage relationships with external PR firms and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee event logistics and promotional materials for various marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation software.
