What This Role Involves

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of Blue Man Group and VStar Entertainment. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with creative teams, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and curate high-quality content across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Analyze data and reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make informed decisions for future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and PR to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
• Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management for entertainment or similar industries.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of current trends in social media marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
