What This Role Involves

The Group Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HSEQ strategy. Key duties include ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations, standardizing HSEQ systems across all business units, conducting compliance audits at multiple operational sites, monitoring safety performance indicators, investigating high-risk incidents, and more.

What You Bring

Candidates should possess a relevant degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Environmental Science. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required, with proven success in developing and implementing HSEQ strategies. Excellent leadership skills, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple operational sites are essential.
