The Opportunity

At EBANX, we are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our payment solutions. As a Group Product Manager at EBANX, you will:

• Develop user-centered solutions that transform the experience of millions of consumers and global companies
• Own the product direction for South Cone LatAm payments end-to-end
• Build and nurture a high-performing team to execute on strategic vision and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive growth and success

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions
• Developing user-centered solutions that transform the experience of millions of consumers and global companies
• Building and nurturing a high-performing team to execute on strategic vision and innovation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive growth and success

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in product management within the fintech industry
• Can lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
• Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Has a proven track record of delivering successful products and solutions
• Is passionate about digital payments and has a deep understanding of the market
