Your Responsibilities

• Lead the product management process for margin and settlement infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, legal, and compliance.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
• Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of features.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product experience.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver products on schedule and within scope.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the financial technology or blockchain industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex product development projects from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of margin and settlement infrastructure, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience using project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
