Senior Product Manager, Tradfi Options at Binance - Brisbane, Australia
Position Summary
Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Tradfi team in Brisbane. As a key member of the product management organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative trading products that enhance user experience and deliver value to Binance's global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop detailed product roadmaps and metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with Binance's overall business goals and values.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or blockchain industry, preferably in Tradfi options.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products, including derivatives and options.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results on time.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
