About the Role

Reddit is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product management of its Finance SaaS portfolio, encompassing treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity systems. This role combines player-coach responsibilities: coaching and managing a small team of SaaS product managers while personally owning your own set of applications. You will serve as the orchestration layer for Finance and AI Transformation, advising senior executives, influencing strategic direction, and navigating complex matrixed environments to translate high-level strategy into measurable business outcomes.

You will set the product vision and roadmap across the Finance SaaS landscape, deciding what gets built and bought, driving adoption, and owning vendor relationships that underpin the stack. You will partner closely with the Enterprise Architecture & Engineering team, ensuring alignment on what is built, why, and when. This role is at the forefront of Reddit's AI-first finance strategy, championing intelligent automation to redefine efficiency and scalability across global operations.

Core Duties

Qualifications

Experience in product management, particularly in SaaS and Finance domains. Strong leadership skills to coach and manage a small team of SaaS product managers. Ability to set and execute strategic vision, influence senior executives, and navigate complex organizational environments. Expertise in AI and intelligent automation is highly desirable.
