The role will suit someone who sits at the intersection of design, technology, innovation, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of design technologists in delivering innovative solutions for clients
• Drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies into project workflows
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects
• Stay current with emerging trends in computational design, digital design, BIM, and related fields
• Develop and maintain a culture of innovation within the practice

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, computational design, digital design, BIM, or design technology
• A proven track record as a leader in design technology roles
• Strong understanding of project management and delivery processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change within an organization
