About the Role

SchoolHouse is seeking a dynamic Learning Leader to join their team in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. This full-time position will be based on beautiful grounds where students grow, learn, and support one another. The ideal candidate will have experience in both arts and technology education, driving innovation and creativity within the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative arts and technology programs that align with SchoolHouse’s educational philosophy
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects that enhance students' learning experiences
• Provide leadership in the development of a culture that values creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Evaluate and refine teaching strategies to ensure they are effective and engaging for all learners
• Support student growth through mentorship and guidance in arts and technology fields
