Core Duties
- Supporting the Principal and working closely with the Director of Religious Education to enhance the quality of Religious Education programs.
- Mentoring and developing junior staff members within the Religious Education faculty.
- Assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Religious Education curricula and activities.
- Facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers in the Religious Education department.
- Contributing to the overall strategic direction and success of the Religious Education faculty.
Skills & Qualifications
- A proven track record as a Middle Leader or similar role within an educational setting, particularly in Religious Education.
- A strong understanding of Catholic education principles and values.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
