Facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers in the Religious Education department. Contributing to the overall strategic direction and success of the Religious Education faculty. Skills & Qualifications A proven track record as a Middle Leader or similar role within an educational setting, particularly in Religious Education. A strong understanding of Catholic education principles and values. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
