Position Summary
EY is seeking a Cyber SDC - Operational Technology - Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and offers full-time employment with no remote option.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies for operational technology environments.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Stay current on emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies in the operational technology space.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in operational technology (OT) security, including industrial control systems and critical infrastructure protection.
- Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
