The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Head Therapist to join our team at Cirquedusoleil in Nuevo Nayarit. As the Head Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our performers through comprehensive physical therapy programs tailored to their unique needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for performers based on their specific injuries or conditions.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic treatments, including massage therapy, stretching exercises, and other modalities as needed.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a holistic approach to performer health and wellness.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate performers on injury prevention techniques and self-care practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a physical therapist in the entertainment industry or related field.
• A strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to massage therapy, physiotherapy, and sports medicine.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with performers and other healthcare professionals.
• A deep commitment to performer well-being and a passion for working in the performing arts industry.
