Your Responsibilities
- Assist certified occupational therapists with patient care plans and activities of daily living.
- Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by the licensed therapist.
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate findings to the supervising therapist.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients during therapy sessions.
What We're Looking For
- A current COTA license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience working with individuals of various ages and conditions, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
