What This Role Involves

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance evaluations, recruitment processes, and benefits administration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company growth and employee well-being.
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Oversee performance management systems and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the tech industry.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to Dubai, UAE, UAE and the Middle East region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
